Dear my friend,

I plan to take long leave of business in HOYA until Oct.'2011.Because I have serious damaged for my health conditions.

As you know I have took business trip to Thailand and Minakuchi LAB. When I was stay in Minakuchi, I was collapse in a spin. I was still no fair condition after collapse.

Company doctor hardly asked me to take enough relax and take long rest day at least three month.
